Vendors experienced in the supply and installation of all hardware and software that together comprise the proposed Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system. Procurement of goods and services shall be conducted in accordance with procurement laws of the State of North Carolina. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the outside marked in the lower left-hand corner as follows: RFP – WALNUT COVE AMI SRP-D-ARP-0193. All questions must be received by 4:00 pm ET, Wednesday, February 25, 2026, and will be compiled and responded to in writing via addendum to the RFP by 5:00 pm ET, Monday, March 2, 2026. To obtain a copy of the meter addresses, all proposers shall submit a request to the provided contact or request a copy in person.
