Contractors should obtain such construction insurance (e.g., Fire and Extended Coverage, Workmen's Compensation, Public Liability and Property Damage, and "All Risk" Builder's Risk) as indicated in the Supplemental Conditions (Section 00800). The Work under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the replacement of three control valve vaults on Van Deene Avenue, East Elm Street and Kings Highway; replacement of the Southern Boulevard control valve and piping within the existing vault, modifications to control valves within the existing well pump stations, water main connections, traffic management, bituminous concrete trench pavement, and all necessary and incidental appurtenances required to complete the work
