Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Professional Engineering Design Services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide Professional Engineering Design Services for infrastructure projects at CAL FIRE's Southern Region facilities as described in this Exhibit A, Scope of Work. Task Orders will be issued for specific projects. CAL FIRE does not guarantee a specific number or dollar amount of Task Orders to be issued under the agreement during the contract period to the selected firm.
