Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Portage, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 38,906-square-foot educational facility.

All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship (or lack of a relationship) that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Portage Public Schools or the Superintendent of the School District. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Portage Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in any bid and to award the bid(s) they deem in the best interest of Portage Public Schools. There is no mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for this project. All questions shall be emailed to Steve Phelps, PPS Facilities Manager (sphelps@portageps.org ) and Kayla Mielke, TowerPinkster Project Administrator (kayla.mielke@towerpinkster.com ). Removal of the existing roof shingles, an additional layer of OSB sheathing and a compete new shingle roof replacement as specified.
