2024 North Strabane Township Paving Program Contract 1/2024 The project will consist of a Base Bid and an Alternate Bid: Base Bid - Milling 4" Depth approximately 17,550 s.y.; Milling 1.5" Depth approximately 3,200; Base Repair 610 s.y.; installing approximately 2,600 tons of (2.5" Depth) 19 mm Binder Course (PG 64-22, 3.0 to 10.0 million ESAL's SRL-M); 20,750 s.y. of 1-" Wearing Course (9.5 mm, PG 64-22, 3.0 to 10.0 million ESAL's SRL-M); also to include Wedge Curb, driveway transitions, keyways and traffic control measures. Alternate Bid - Profile Mill 0-1" Depth approximately 7,250 s.y.; Base Repair 370 s.y.; installing approximately 7,250 s.y. of 1-" Wearing Course (9.5 mm, PG 64- 22, 3.0 to 10.0 million ESAL's SRL-M); also to include Wedge Curb, driveway transitions, keyways and traffic control measures. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of North Strabane Township The Owner has the right to accept or deny any or all Bids. North Strabane Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening.
