The Town of Buena Vista is requesting proposals from trail maintenance and trail construction companies to lead the improvements and modifications of an existing corridor trail in Buena Vista, Colorado. During the term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall perform the following duties, as directed by the Town. Improvements and upgrades to roughly 2,850 linear feet of the existing Walton Loop. o Contractor shall complete the entire scope of services, including all phases of construction, site analysis, on-site surveying, construction, and sourcing of all required materials, of the described project in a good and workman-like manner. o Contractor is responsible for the purchase and delivery of all the necessary materials and hardware related to this project. o Contractor will work with the Town and the Southwest Conservation Corp to schedule the "in kind" service day(s). o The contractor shall be capable of completing this project by May 14th, 2024, in a good and workmanlike manner per regional and national trail-building standards. The Town of Buena Vista is looking for a team capable of leading all phases of this project.
