The proposed work includes replacing the existing guardrail with a type 9 cast-in place guardrail with a moment slab installed under the asphalt ~8-ft wide, and a culvert replacement on Forest Service Road 783 where it meets US 550. Additional work will include minor ditch grading on the north side of the highway This project is located in Region 5 in San Juan County. Project work consists of guardrail upgrade on US 550.
