The selected Vendor agrees to perform the following services to install one (1) handicap accessible outdoor bleacher on a new structural concrete pad per bleacher specifications. All work shall be completed in a manner that will minimize disruption to school related activities and personnel, and to provide a safe work area from, during and to the end of project completion. All work is to comply with New Hampshire building code. The Dover School District, SAU#11 ("District"), of Dover, NH is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for the purchase, delivery and installation of one (1) handicap accessible ten row outdoor bleacher and new structural concrete pad per bleacher specifications on Bellamy Field located on Bellamy Road, Dover, NH. Work under this agreement requires the selected Vendor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the work described herein, and in accordance with all specifications and requirements. The old bleacher has been removed from the property. There is no existing concrete pad at this time.
