Boiler - One Lochinvar PBN-1002, natural gas-fired hot water boiler complete as follows: o 1,000,000 BTU Input o 85% Thermal Efficiency o Modulating burner with 5:1 Turn Down o ASME copper finned tube heat exchanger o Flow switch, low air pressure switch, temperature, and pressure gauge o Hot surface igniter o Low NOx operation o ASME approved relief valve. o SMART Touch Controls 2. Installation -labor, equipment, and material to install the above new boiler as follows: o Complete State of TN required "Application for Permission to Install a Boiler." o Disconnect and remove one old existing boiler from boiler room. o Unload and set new boiler in vacated area. o Connect gas line to new boiler complete with cutoff valve. o Connect inlet and outlet water lines to new boiler. o Connect boiler exhaust to existing vent. o Electrically connect new boiler. o Install State of Tennessee required "Emergency Stop Switch" at door. o Test fire and adjust new boiler as needed.
