Description Providing trained and experienced Line Clearance Tree Trimmers to prune and clear foliage near existing energized aerial KPU electrical lines, aerial telecommunication lines, and utility poles, and disposing of all pruned and cleared foliage. At the direction of KPU Electric, the Contractor may be required to perform other clearing work. BONDS. A bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond are not required for this contract The City of Ketchikan reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality in the interest of the City.
