Ketchikan Courthouse Complex Janitorial Services. SUMMARY Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and supplies necessary to perform the work outlined in this solicitation. The Contractor must also comply with all applicable Federal and State labor, wage and hour, safety, and environmental laws that have a bearing on the services provided. During the course of this contract, the contractor may be required to perform additional work. That work will be within the general scope of the initial contract. When additional work is required, the state will provide the contractor a written description of the additional work and request the contractor to submit a firm time schedule for accomplishing the additional work and a firm price for the additional work. The Bidder must have three or more years of experience providing janitorial services similar to those specified in this scope of work in a similar size office building. The Bidder must provide evidence including locations and buildings in which this experience was gained to support this experience. This will be shown on Attachment 1 of this solicitation. The Department of Transportation, Division of Facility Services, is soliciting bids for janitorial services to be performed at the Ketchikan Courthouse Complex in Ketchikan, AK. The procurement officer reserves the right to consider a bid non-responsive and reject it or cancel the award if any interest disclosed from any source could either give the appearance of a conflict or cause speculation as to the objectivity of the contract to be performed by the bidder.
