Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and supplies necessary to perform the work outlined in this solicitation. The Contractor must also comply with all applicable Federal and State labor, wage and hour, safety, and environmental laws that have a bearing on the services provided. The contractor staff will enter the building through the main entrance and on-duty staff will allow entry them into the work area. After completion of the work, the contractor staff will notify the on-duty staff that the work is complete, and they are vacating the premises. The state is not responsible for unreadable, corrupt, or missing attachments. These questions may be answered over the telephone.
