The City of Ketchikan Port and Harbors Department is soliciting quotes for janitorial cleaning services for the Berth III restrooms at 417 Water Street, the Berth IV restrooms at 105 Schoenbar Court and the Thomas Basin Promenade restroom at 320 Stedman Street. Quotes for daily midday and overnight cleaning of Berths III and Thomas Basin restrooms shall state the cost per month for the period April 11, 2024 to October 29, 2024, and be based on performing these services every midday and night there have been cruise ships at berths I, II, and III during that day. There are 152 days between April 11, 2024 to October 29, 2024 that there are ships at berths I, II, and III. Payments will be processed once a month. Persons or businesses interested in submitting a quote are encouraged to contact Ms. May Caguiat at the Port and Harbors Department to arrange for an inspection of the interior of the facilities prior to submitting their quotes.
