The project consists of the following: The remodeling of a 200 square foot Mens Restroom and a 108 square foot Men's shower room. The project area is located in the Joint Services restroom on the lower level of the PSB building located at 1000 55th Street Kenosha, WI 53140. Both rooms will be a complete remodel. The remodeling of both areas consists of existing finish, fixture, bathroom accessory, partition, and ceiling demolition. New construction includes, but is not limited to finishes, partitions, doors, plumbing fixtures, shower units, concrete work, miscellaneous mechanical work, lighting, acoustical ceiling, and paint. The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract for the remodel of the Public Safety Building - Joint Service Men's Restroom Remodel located at 1000 55th Street Kenosha, WI 5314.
