**As of March 20, 2024, the project was awarded to RLP Diversified, Inc., with an awarded amount of $92,998.63.** Pre-Qualification: Yes The proposed construction consists of construction of a wetland scrape, including earthwork, drain tile disablement, site restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Village of Somers for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addendum emailed by the Engineer or the Engineer's designated independent distributor, to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
