The City of Sedro-Woolley is soliciting bids under the city's small works roster utilizing MRSC Rosters and the Limited Public Works process for a unit priced contract to provide for the unforeseen tree trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding services that may occur throughout the course of the year. The annual contract will be on an as needed basis with an end date of February 28, 2025, and the estimated value will not exceed $35,000. Actual value will vary, with a no minimum amount guaranteed. There will be no pre-bid walkthrough for this project. It is a requirement that bidders be line clearance certified. The City of Sedro-Woolley reserves the right, without any liability on our part, to accept a proposal of the bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid, to reject any or all bids, revise or cancel the work to be performed, or do the work otherwise, if the best interest of the City is served thereby.
