Scope of Work Removal of wall separating the cafe area and the retail space immediately in front of the cafe; Addition of two (2) glass wall sections with doors to match others that exist throughout the Commons; Addition of one (1) frame wall and door; Installation of electrical service to accommodate a washer and dryer, and other commercial appliances; Wiring and installation of range and hood system; Wiring and installation of switches and pendant for track lighting.
