Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The estimate for Part A and B is $250,000 to $300,000. Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians solicits bids for for the following approximate quantities of work: Construction of 0.21 miles of new road construction, and 213 tons of HMA, ultra-thin overlay including Excavation, Earth; Embankment, CIP; Aggregate Base; HMA Paving; Curb Slp, HMA; HMA Spillway; Aggregate Shoulders; Slope Restoration; Trenching, Sidewalk Removal, Curb Ramp, Concrete, and all other miscellaneous appurtenances Each Bid package shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, money order, or bid bond,in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to the OWNER as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of sixty (60) days after date of receiving bids.
