The work includes the construction of a new Restroom facility including demolition of the old restroom, site grading, new concrete sidewalk and utility work. The Owner has the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Owner, subject to the provisions of Sections 62.15 and 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. These prequalification forms will be reviewed; however, updated proof of qualification may be requested by the Owner prior to acceptance of any bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder who has been determined to be unqualified. Bids shall be submitted on the on-line bid form provided and all blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days from the date of the bid opening.
