No inquiries will be accepted after the Written Inquiry Deadline indicated in the Schedule of Events and no phone calls will be accepted. Metro Water Recovery (Metro) is soliciting proposals for the cleaning and dewatering of sludge from the digesters at the Metro Robert W. Hite Treatment Plant (RWHTF) located at 6450 York Street, Denver, CO, 80229. The proposals will also provide for the subsequent proper removal and disposal of the dewatered material removed from the digesters. Vendor will provide services to dewater sludge and clean the fifteen (15) digesters located at the Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility (RWHTF) located in Denver, CO. Upon completion of the sludge dewatering and cleaning of the digesters, the vendor will transport the dewatered material of each digester from RWHTF and dispose of the material in an appropriate manner. Metro intends to schedule three (3) digester cleaning and dewatering services annually, beginning in 2024 and ending in 2028. Services will be scheduled for each of the digesters by Metro in collaboration with the vendor. Metro intends for the services to be provided between July 1st and August 31st of each service year, and that each of the three (3) digesters scheduled will be completed in a single mobilization of the vendor's equipment. Each digester will contain between 500,000 and 700,000 gallons. The actual volume of each digester will be confirmed prior to commencement of the scheduled work. Metro Water Recovery reserves the right to cancel this RFP in whole or in part, at any time, without penalty.
