The Village of Northbrook is accepting bids for concrete materials. The vendor(s) shall provide the materials identified the attachment. All quantities are estimates based on previous years purchases. Deliveries are to be made within the corporate limits of the Village of Northbrook. The Village will typically order materials one day in advance. All materials are to conform to the latest revision of the “Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction” published by the Illinois Department of Transportation Duration: May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025 Questions: Streets Supervisor Scott Lemke at 847-664-4114. Owner reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities of Unit Price Items, that payment for each Unit Price Item shall be made only on the actual number of acceptable units of such Unit Price Item in full compliance with this Contract, and that all claims or right to dispute or complain of any such estimated quantity, or to assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of any Unit Price Item to be provided or performed, is hereby waived and released.
