Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Comstock High School Library Renovation Requirements Requested work to be performed: Replace ceiling tiles throughout, paint walls/door frames (where no bookshelves are present), remove existing carpet/grind off adhesive/install new carpet planks. Availability: All proposals must include the availability of this work being completed over Summer 2024. Work can begin June 10, 2024 and must be completed by August 26, 2024. Summary of bid package: Purchase and install approximately 4,100 square feet of PVC 2'X2' decorative ceiling tile. Spec'd tile: A10905P12WT -Art3d PVC Ceiling Tiles, 2'x2' Prime and Paint approximately 1,365 square feet of cement block. Colors to be determined, but must be from the Comstock Greys and Blues we currently use. Purchase and install approximately 4,900 square feet of Forbo carpet plank. Demo of existing carpet and grind off of glue is also needed. Carpet plank: Forbo Flotex Converge Planks- Prism 14001 The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Board of Education will make the final determination as to the proposal that fits the district's needs. Question Date 2/8/24
