Several upcoming projects to improve patient care, as well as traversing our site, require the design documentation and removal of several historic residential buildings on our campus. The scope of work (SOW) is for the complete demolition and removal of Buildings #2, 3, 4, 5, 13 & 14. Included in this demolition scope of work, but not limited to, is the removal of building structures, hazardous materials, site utilities, some pavement, foundations, and select landscaping items. There is also a Hazardous Waste Conex Box adjacent to building 2 that needs to be relocated to a different area on campus as well as upgrade electrical provisions provided to it. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238910 and the size standard is $19 Million.
