The City of Manchester, Department of Aviation (hereinafter "the Airport"), will accept Pre-qualification Statements from contractors interested in bidding on upcoming construction projects at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport during calendar year 2024. The projects for which Pre-qualification Statements are being accepted are described below. Project descriptions are representative of the types of projects the Airport is considering at this time and/or other similar projects that may be initiated during this construction season. Contractors who qualify for specific projects shall be considered qualified for any projects the Airport deems to be similar in nature. Miscellaneous Building Improvement projects to include improvements, architectural/structural construction, and utility (electrical/Plumbing/HVAC) construction/relocation within the Airline Terminal or other Airport owned buildings. Schedule and scope are dependent on operational need. Estimated cost for each project is not anticipated to exceed $600,000. Contract requirements related to Federal funding may apply. Individual projects will not be re-advertised for pre-qualification if they are adequately represented in this legal notice. It is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to be prequalified within the timeframe stated above. Contractors are encouraged to submit statements as soon as possible. Pre-qualified contractors will be notified of all projects for which they have been pre-qualified to bid. The Airport, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity),or age in consideration for an award.
