Renovation of an educational facility in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description of Work: The Work includes, but is not limited to: Replacing existing chiller with a new high efficiency chiller of equivalent capacity. Replacing existing chilled water circulation pumps with new chilled water circulation pumps. Replace associated HVAC controls, expansion tank and air separator with new HVAC controls, expansion tank and air separator. Provide new chilled water buffer tank. Renton High School IPAC Chiller Upgrade 400 S 2nd St Renton, WA 98057 Bid Bond: This Project is estimated to cost $250,000.00 or more and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only, excluding taxes. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project. The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid.
