Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Clear Lake, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of, but is not limited to, construction of an over-the-road gateway feature, masonry pier features, roadway lighting/electrical, storm sewer upgrades, landscaping, roadway paving, pedestrian unit paving plazas, and associated site improvements along Buddy Holly Place, North Shore Drive, and 7 th Avenue North surrounding the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, IA. Each bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form provided with the Bidding Documents and shall be accompanied by bid security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders, in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid. Performance Bond Requirement: 100% of contract amount. Award of contract is tentatively scheduled for March 4, 2024.
