Gallup-McKinley County Schools (GMCS or "District") desires to contract services to purchase glass, glazing, and/or installation services. Services include but are not limited to window installation, custom curtain wall installation, design, and glazing. The work to be performed under this contract, and in accordance with the Scope of Work, by the vendor for the school district as described in the Scope of Work. The term of this contract shall be from Date of Award through June 30, 2025. GMCS reserves the option to renew this agreement for three (3) each additional, one (1) year periods. No Pre-Bid Conference Liquidated Damages: Performance of the successful bidder(s) is critical to the mission of the District. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of 10% of total product cost per calendar day past the bidder(s) stated delivery date. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Procurement Manager.. Performance Bond: A one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Payment and Material Bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the state of New Mexico will be required of the successful bidder(s) prior to EACH project "Notice to Proceed" valued over twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). Said bonds must be provided to the agency requesting the project and are to be filed with the agency's purchasing office. Failure to comply shall result in an order being issued to another vendor, and the difference shall be charged back to the awarded Contractor.
