Boiler Replacement and Associated Work at Milton Bradley School Estimated Cost $1,700,000.00 Sub Bid Deadline 2/28/24 Time 2:00 P.M Sub Bid Category Plumbing, Electrical The Project consists of but not limited to: Replacing five (5) existing gas fired hot water boilers with new high efficiency condensing boilers, venting and combustion air upgrades, disconnecting and reconnecting boilers, electrical power related to the disconnect and reconnection of the boilers, boiler controls and associated gas piping, replacement of two (2) existing domestic hot water storage tanks, related fire alarm and base mounted circulating pumps.
