Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

All questions shall be due by Wednesday February 21, 2024 by end of day. The scope of work includes construction of: Five Post-tension concrete tennis courts 10' ht., BVCL fencing and gates, concrete curbing, tennis posts and nets, line striping and color sealcoating, paved ADA accessible walkways, water bottle filling station, stone trench drains, piping, structures, with subsurface stormwater detention system and electrical conduit for future lighting. Estimated Cost $1.3 million
