Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Chief Procurement Officer Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to revoke, any or all bids, if in the public interest to do so. Bidders will be required to pay State and Federal Prevailing Wages whenever applicable The construction project will include electrical, painting, and resilient flooring.
