The District is requesting proposals from vendors for yard and landscaping maintenance services, including all necessary resources, for the Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District (District) facility located at 450 Ryder Street, Vallejo CA 94590, and various District owned facilities in the City of Vallejo. The District is requesting proposals from vendors for yard and landscaping maintenance services, including all necessary resources, for the Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District (District) facility located at 450 Ryder Street, Vallejo CA 94590, and various District owned facilities in the City of Vallejo. 2. SCOPE OF WORK: GENERAL CONDITIONS A. General Information: The Vendor shall provide all personnel, supervision, tools, chemicals, supplies and all other resources necessary to perform yard and landscaping maintenance for the District as outlined below: B. Area to be Serviced: a. 450 Ryder Street - Wastewater Treatment Plant i. Administration building lawns and landscaped areas. ii. iii. Field Operations building, parking landscaped areas, and gate area (including exterior trees along the Plant perimeter). All landscaped buildings, landscaped areas and lawn within the Plant. b. 2418 Sacramento Street - Sears Point Pump Station c. 2350 Sacramento Street - Sears Point Storage Tank d. 1103 Sonoma Blvd. - Sonoma Pump Station e. Hiddenbrook Pump Stations i. 1649 Landmark Dr. - Sky Valley 1 Pump Station ii. 1501 Landmark Dr. - Sky Valley 2 Pump Station C. Definitions of Terms: a. Weekly - Once per week on Monday through Friday (excluding District Holidays) b. Monthly - Once a month within a work week c. Quarterly - Once every three months. d. Annually - Once within a contract year e. Advanced Notice - Two-week advance notice provided by the vendor to the District prior to the specified work being performed f. Notice of Completion - Notice of completion provided by the vendor to the District within two weeks of completion of the specific work. g. Hours of Service - between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. D. Additional Conditions: a. Vendor shall obtain and provide proof of an herbicide pesticide license throughout the duration of the contract. b. Vendor shall provide disease and insect control as needed and agreed upon by both the District and vendor, on a time and material basis. c. Inspection results and/or requests for corrective action will be provided to vendor via email or phone. Vendor shall correct within five business days. d. Vendor shall comply with the City of Vallejo noise level regulations. e. Vendor shall be solely responsible for any restoration or repairs resulting from vendor's action or neglect Written Inquiry Deadline: 3/04/2024 @ 3:00 pm
