Sources Sought Notice Design-Build Dormitory Building 4 Bathroom & Plumbing Renovation at the Old Dominion Job Corps Center Dormitory Building 4 is under major renovation as a design-build project. Significant issues affecting the continued use of the bathrooms have been discovered and are not within the scope of the current project. The existing Dormitory Building 4 bathrooms and fixtures are in poor condition and require significant renovation to ensure functional and useable facilities. Also, the existing Building 4 Dormitory piping including sanitary and hot and cold-water piping is leaking in several locations and require replacement. The work includes design-build construction for the 1st and 2nd floor bathroom renovation work in Dormitory Building 4 at the Old Dominion Job Corps Center. The work involves but is not limited to the First Floor Toilet Rooms (114 & 121), Shower Rooms (123 & 124), and Laundry Rooms (115 & 122) and all associated plumbing work.
