This project incorporates multiple phases of construction with various types of street rehabilitation treatments. Besides the overall time limit of the project, there are also interim deadlines on specific parts of the work in order to reduce the time residents are inconvenienced as a result of the project. Work shall be completed by October 4, 2024 or liquidated damages shall apply. Should the Contractor fail to complete the work within the stipulated time frames and/or prior to the completion date, the Contractor shall be liable for liquidated damages.
