Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: 700 linear feet (LF) of drainage way excavation and grading; 400 LF of storm sewer; 200 LF of curb and gutter; 11,500 square feet (SF) of sidewalk and driveway apron; 350 square yards (SY) of asphalt pavement; turf restoration; and related miscellaneous work.. Bid Security Made Payable to Owner in an Amount of 10% of the Bidder's Maximum Bid Price. The City of Whitewater reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Prospective Bidders are required to complete and submit a prequalification questionnaire with supporting documents to Owner (see Instructions to Bidders).
