Saving Project...

Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Peachtree City, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Demolition and removal of existing field turf and subsurface with a replacement and installation of drainage system base for turf as well as installation of new turf surfacing as detailed in plans. This contract is Self Funded funded. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5%, Agreement will require a Payment Bond in the amount of 110%, and a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the project cost. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed of the contract. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $200.00 per day for each calendar day required to achieve Substantial Completion. The project shall be Final Complete within 30 calendar days beyond Substantial Completion. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $200.00 per day for each calendar day required to achieve Final Completion. The City of Peachtree City reserves the right to bid a project in phases and award the contract on the phases it deems to be in the City's best interest.
