Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kendrick, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Kendrick (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Kendrick Sidewalk Replacement. The Project consists of construction of new sidewalk - new sidewalk with curb and gutter - and new Pedestrian Ramps in multiple places in downtown Kendrick as identified in the project plan set. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis - with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Award of the construction contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond - certified check - cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Kendrick as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Kendrick reserves the right to reject any or all proposals - waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received - and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of City of Kendrick.
