Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lafayette, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing the materials and equipment to furnish and install a Police Memorial to the specifications mentioned below. The Contractor shall dig, form and pour the concrete base/foundation along with obtaining the correct materials and etching needed for the memorial signage. Any technical questions regarding this purchase shall be addressed to Keirston St. Amant at kstamant@lafayettela.gov. Only questions in writing shall be addressed. Please include in the email's subject line - Questions - Camelia Blvd Police Memorial. BID SECURITY REQUIRED ON SEALED BIDSAT BUYERS OPTION, MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED ON QUOTES (REQUIRED) Any bidder not furnishing bid security when required, may cause rejection of said bid. The successful bidder's bid security SHALL EQUAL FIVE PERCENT (5%), of the total extended bid price OR THE AMOUNT SPECIFIED IN THE NOTICE TO BIDDERS, and will be retained until a satisfactory contract has been entered into between the bidder and the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government. The Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to hold the certified checks, cashier's checks, or bid bonds of the three (3) lowest bidders until the successful bidder has entered into a contract.
