The City of Wisner, Nebraska is seeking proposals for the construction of a 42'x80' pavilion to be built over a poured 40'x80' concrete slab near the rodeo arena in Wisner's River Park, with the following specifications: 42' x 80' x 10' tall pavilion 10' on center post in the ground 25-pound ground snow loads 29 gauge or better roof steel No side wall steel 80,000 PSI Tensile Strength Steel or better Engineered Stamped Drawing for the City Include all materials, Tax, and freight Include all labor and any equipment needed to build Include a 30' long concrete counter top 30' long x 32" wide x 32" tall No electrical or gutters and downspouts are to be included in the proposal. The project must be completed by 4:00 PM on June 10, 2024. The City of Wisner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The City of Wisner further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to be non-responsible. The City of Wisner may also reject the Bid of any Bidder if the City of Wisner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder.
