Sealed Proposals for the construction of "2024 Grandview Subdivision Phase II for Wisner, Nebraska," JEO Project No. 240864.00 The work is generally described as follows: The City of Wisner has identified the need for the expansion of the Grandview Subdivision into its second phase. The proposed project includes the following: Approximately 900 ft of water main and appurtenances Approximately 1,500 ft of sewer main and 1000 ft of storm sewer and appurtenances Approximately 12,500 SY of concrete paving Opinion of Probable Cost $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 Proposals will be taken for said construction work listed above by unit prices, as an aggregate bid for the entire project. All Proposals for said construction work must be made on blanks furnished by the Engineer and must be accompanied by Bid Security of not less than 5% of the amount bid. Bid Security to be made payable to the Treasurer of the city of Wisner, Nebraska as liquidated damages in case the bid is accepted and the bidder neglects or refuses, to enter into contract and furnish bond in accordance herewith.
