Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wisner, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of the Wisner splashpad and associated areas including but not limited to, demolition and removals as well as any necessary replacements, general site work (e.g. sediment and erosion control measure(s), etc.), restoration (e.g. seeding, etc.), sidewalk improvements, concrete slabs, spray items, source/drain piping, winterization provisions, water management system & accessories, and any and all incidentals pertaining to these items, providing a completely operational and functional splashpad, and all incidentals. Start Date: June 17, 2024; Substantial Completion and Final Completion: April 16, 2025. Question Deadline 05/21/2024 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing
