Site work and paving for a civil project in Wisner, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Bid Section 1: Shall consist of the construction for a new development in Wisner, NE. This will include constructing approximately 4650 SY of 6" PCC street pavement with curb, 7900 SY of 6" rock/gravel incorporated road, 5100 LF of 8" sanitary sewer line, 4550 LF of 8" water main, and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications. Bid Section 2: Shall consist of the construction of approximately 2,300 LF of 8" sanitary sewer line to service the new development. All other associated work as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications shall be included. Additonal Description: These bids are tied together. Bidders are required to bid on all bid sections. Bid Section 1: Substantial completion date is December 1, 2022 and Final completion December 31, 2022. Bid Section 2: Substantial completion date is April 15, 2023 and Final completion May 1, 2023. Estimated range is $1,000,000.00 - $1,500,000.00
