Prices provided by the successful bidder shall remain in effect for all of 2024 following the award of the bid. The successful bidder shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment and services necessary to supply and deliver bituminous concrete materials and associated materials to the Town of New Milford as specified herein. In addition to the bid specifications, all bids are subject to the terms, provisions and conditions of the New Milford "Municipal Purchases" Ordinance, set forth in Article III, Section 2-92 (a) through (o) inclusive, of the Code of New Milford.
