Site work for a mixed-use development in Cranbrook, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This tender includes the detailed design and scope of work to upgrade Day Use facilities at the Jimsmith Lake Provincial Park. In general, the work consists of the following: .1 The work of this Contract consists of the supply and installation of materials, including all labour, equipment and tools related to upgrading the site, all in accordance with the drawings and specifications, and for the prices tendered in the Schedule of Quantities and Unit Price Table. .2 The components of the work are generally described as follows: Mobilization and demobilization to and from the Project Site, Layout and post construction markups to drawings, environmental management Select Tree removals, brushing clearing and grubbing Full depth paving structure (approx. 500 sq.m) Overlay paving to existing dock path (1.2m width over approx.. 16m length Excavation of beach area and restocking w/ clean sand Line painting of parking area Site furniture including: 1x Supply and Construction of Type 3 Information Shelter Supply and Installation of 10m (33’) of Mobi-Mat® AFX RecPath™ Utility upgrades including: 1x Supply and Construction of Water Standpipe and Grey Water Disposal system Replacement of approx. 10m length of 300mm CSP Culvert Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
