Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Cranbrook, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Through this Request for Proposal, the City of Cranbrook, hereafter referred to as the “City”, invites proposals for full road reconstruction with sidewalk, curb and gutter, and watermain and water service replacement. This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract is generally for the following summary of Work: 2700m2 of full road reconstruction 230m of 200mm Ø C900 DR18 PVC Watermain 2 1200mm Ø Drywell Catch Basins 400m of Curb and Gutter 650m2 of Sidewalk
