These Specifications are to furnish and deliver concrete materials as required by the Pasadena Water and Power Department. Question Submission Deadline: February 22, 2024, 12:00pm LOCATION OF WORK : The work covered in these Specifications will be at various locations throughout the PWP service territory. DURATION OF CONTRACT : The initial term of the contract resulting from these Specifications shall be for five years from the date of execution by the City. The contract may be extended for three optional one-year extension periods subject to the approval of the City Manager. WARRANTY :Contractor shall provide factory warranties on all materials furnished against defects in materials and/or workmanship. The factory warranty shall become effective on the date of delivery and acceptance by the City. Should any defect in materials or workmanship appear during the warranty period, the Contractor shall repair or replace the same at no cost to the City.
