Site work for a water / sewer project in Alum Creek, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work Installation of a new raw water intake, gabion basket diversion wall, and approximately 55 LF of 12 DIP intake line and 1 HDPE air line. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. The Work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run All Bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractors License per Section 21-11-11 of the West Virginia Code. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Lincoln Public Service District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Lincoln Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing Question Deadline 02/27/2024 The Lincoln Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
