The City of Malibu, California is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management services during construction for future construction of capital improvement projects on an on-call basis. The City is seeking one consultant to manage and or assist during the construction of projects. The City has multiple projects that will start construction in 2024 that range from road improvements, storm drain repairs, retaining walls, traffic signal modifications, and much more. The contract will be for a period of three years. The City may extend this contract for an additional one year. The annual budget for these services is $50,000. The selected consultant for this contract will be expected to perform construction management tasks on an as needed basis. All questions regarding the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must be submitted in writing. Last Day to Submit Questions March 12, 2024 Last Day for City to Respond to Questions March 19, 2024 City reserves the right to inspect the work being accomplished by the Consultant at any time. The City reserves the right to terminate this agreement upon thirty (30) calendar days from written notice to the Consultant. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
