The Contract Documents cover the purchase of Liquid Aluminum Sulfate for use in Butte-Silver Bow's Water and/or Wastewater Treatment Plants The unit price for each item shall be F.O.B. Butte, Montana, Big Hole Water Treatment Plant and/or METRO Wastewater Facility and/or Moulton Water Treatment Plant. All Bids must be accompanied by an 10% bid bond in the form of (a) lawful monies of the United States; (b) a cashier's check, certified check, bank money order or bank draft, in any case drawn and issued by a national Banking association located in the State of Montana; (c) a Bid bond or bonds executive by a surety corporation authorized to do business in the State of Montana. These securities will be forfeited to the Butte-Silver Bow City-County Government as liquidated damages if the requirements in the way of contract are not entered into within fifteen (15) days after the date of award by the Council of Commissioners. All successful Bidders must purchase the required Butte-Silver Bow Business License before award of contract. Licenses may be obtained from the Butte-Silver Bow Treasurer's Office, Second Floor, Room 206, Courthouse Building, 155 West Granite, Butte, Montana 59701 (Telephone No. 406-497-6200).
