Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Totten, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Spirit Lake Tribe will accept bids from qualified contractors for the construction of individual and community water and sewer facilities at scattered sites on the Fort Totten Reservation, Benson County, North Dakota. The scope of work includes furnishing, on a requirements basis, all labor, equipment and materials for the construction individual and community facilities to serve individual home sites. Estimated quantities have been entered into the bid schedule but due to the differing site conditions throughout the reservation the quantities will change based on the need of each location. The contract price shall not exceed $600,000 per year or $1.2 million for the term. There is no guarantee of a minimum amount of work, but it is estimated to be $200,000 per year. The total contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process. The Tribal office is located approximately 0.5 miles north on 3rd Ave N from the Fort Totten Historical Site, and 1000ft south of the intersection of 3rd Ave N and ND Highway 57. Est. Completion Date: Dec. 31, 2025 Site Directions: Individual scattered sites on the Fort Totten Reservation within Benson, Eddy, Nelson, and Ramsey counties, North Dakota.
