Background The INN Between is a non-profit organization that provides end-of-life and medical respite care for those experiencing homelessness, and is seeking qualified, licensed & insured contractor(s) to bid on the remodel of 10 resident rooms and one office. Nature of IFB/Scope of Work It is the intent of the INN Between to replace the flooring in 10 resident rooms and one office. The contractor shall provide a fixed lump sum proposal including all permits, fees, material, labor, equipment, testing, fees, permits, taxes, etc. to complete the work. If the full scope cannot be covered, the owner at their discretion may reject trade level proposals. Install new laminate flooring for 10 resident rooms and one administrative room. Remove and replace trim as needed. Remove and replace transitions as needed. Each room is approximately 282.75 square feet. All materials are to be purchased and provided by Contractor.
